POSTGRADUATE LAW PROFESSOR,  with approximately twenty years of teaching experience, in different Universities in Bolivia, Argentina and the USA.

WITH MASTER’S STUDIES  in “Constitutional Law and Fundamental Rights” and a Specialty in “Constitutional Law and Constitutional Procedural Law”, both from the Gabriel René Moreno Autonomous University of Santa Cruz, in agreement with the University of Valencia, and La Coruña, from Spain and Diploma in “ Constitutional Justice” by the Domingo Savio University in agreement with the University of Valparaíso of Chile.

IS A MEMBER   active and current of the “Bolivian Academy of Constitutional Studies, ABEC”, from 2002 to the present.

CONFERENCISTA  internationally representing Bolivia in different Legal Forums and Scientific Congresses.

 

HE IS SENIOR DIRECTOR OF THE “CABRERA DALENCE & ASOCIADOS LAW FIRM, BCD&A”  from where it has provided legal advice and sponsorship to its Clients for more than 23 years, mainly in matters of Corporate and Commercial Advice, Constitutional Amparo Trial, Arbitration, Contracting with the State, among others.

  He was ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE STATE OF BOLIVIA  and, as such, responsible and in charge of all the Legal Defense of the State, intervening in International Investment Arbitrations before the “Permanent Court of Arbitration CPA” based in The Hague, before the “International Chamber of Commerce” ICC/ICC with headquarters in Paris, and before the “ICSID of the World Bank” with headquarters in Washington.

  He was PRINCIPAL LEGAL ADVISOR (Legal Director) of the Municipal Autonomous Government of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.

  HE IS A PAYROLL REFEREE  of the “Center for Conciliation and Commercial Arbitration” of the Chamber of Industry, Commerce and Tourism of Santa Cruz, CAINCO, with more than eleven years of experience.
